WINGS FOR VAL
Founded in 2015, the Wings for Val Foundation (W4V) honors the legacy of Navy Fighter Pilot, LT Valerie Cappelaere Delaney by providing scholarships to women pursuing careers in aviation and by inspiring future generations of female leaders.
